West Philly's Grandchildren present tweaked out, asymmetric tunes combining a host of sounds. The organized chaos that ensues is often synth based and every now and then you might catch what sounds like a vocoder. Reverb sneaks through and eventually an ethereal and haunting mood pervades.

Dinowalrus re-invents their instrumentation with every song. The band relies heavily on the use of self-sustaining electronic devices to push its sound into cosmic brain-melting freakouts, lush atmospheric haze, and/or juvenile twee-skronk. These devices include an optical theremin, a sampler, and a 1983 Roland analogue synth named Marc Bolan.
