Marissa Nadler - (Set time: 11:00 PM)

Spin Called Nadler's 2011 full-length "one of the year's most disarming records...a cyclical finger picked beauty that, once you lean into it some, never lets you go, "while Pitchfork gave it an "Albums of the Year: Honorable Mention" and an 8.1 review. NPR first listen called her music "dreamy, melancholy, and utterly captivating." The release made many year end lists including America Songwriter, WXPN, and Drowned in Sound's Favorite albums of 2011 list,
"Songs that are as gorgeous as they are elliptical and haunting" - Pitchfork
Currently she is heading out in support of her soon to be released companion to the self-titled record, aptly called "The Sister" out May 29th on her own label, Box Of Cedar Records.
Making music for nearly a decade and creating art for a lifetime her ethereal songwriting remains rich with imagery and beautiful textures.
Before moving out on her own label, Marissa released her last two critically-acclaimed efforts, Songs III: Bird on the Water (2007) and Little Hells (2009) with Kemado Records. The former led to two nominations for the 2008 PLUG awards for "best female artist of the year" and "best Americana record of the year."

Faces On Film - (Set time: 10:00 PM)

Faces On Film is the project of songwriter Mike Fiore. Showcasing both the epic and the intimate on The Troubles, its self-released debut LP, guitars drone and pianos alternate between plucking out fun and eerie melodies, all while Fiore makes veiled references to unspoken crimes, abandoned plans, and dysfunctional families, with his rich and enigmatic lyrics.
Though Fiore wrote some of the songs on The Troubles as long as four years ago, the recording process was brief — predominantly recorded in a former piano factory in less than one week.
The Boston Globe's James Reed named The Troubles one of his top albums of 2008, saying it "sounds like a private affair straight from the heart." Others in the media have had kind words as well:
"Toggling between warm meditations and carefully managed chaos, the album is built around an uneasy but elegantly executed juxtaposition – the collision of the intimate and the epic – and it colors the collection in a million shades of gray."
– Joan Anderman, Boston Globe(album review)
"Faces on Film, led by singer-guitarist Mike Fiore, kicked up dust and diamonds with a set of stark, spooky, and altogether sparkling Gothic folk songs designed to unnerve. Both plan and execution worked magnificently well."
– Jonathan Perry, Boston Globe (live review)
"Combining the best elements from bands like Blitzen Trapper, Annuals, and Modest Mouse, Faces on Film showcase both the epic and the intimate."

Edison - (Set time: 9:00 PM)

Formed in 2012, Edison is a Philadelphia based collective of musicians from various disciplines who all love the prospect of new ideas. With an affinity for lush textural noise, their constantly evolving sound is a unique blend of indie-rock, post-rock, R&B, shoegaze and whatever crosses their stereo on a daily basis. Their first recording entitled “Living Room”, which was recorded live by friend and producer Andrew Maury, is currently streaming at their soundcloud.
