Hezekiah Jones - (Set time: 11:15 PM)
Hezekiah Jones
Hezekiah Jones is the musical nom de plume for Raphael Cutrufello and a band of like-minded musicians crafting alternative folk music. His catalog of songs sometimes sounds like a post-apocalyptic White Album, as covered by Sufjan Stevens. The biting, sometimes campy vibe only serves to intensify the blow of his sucker-punch ballads. Songs are filled with outlandish characters, imagined landscapes..., ringing harmonies, and baroque instrumental flourishes, but never disconnect from the tangible feelings at their center.

Lovers League (Album Release) - (Set time: 10:30 PM)
Lovers League (Album Release)
Reverend TJ McGlinchey and Dani Mari have joined forces to create the band Lovers League. The project is a combination of their solo songs performed as duets. Christopher Davis-Shannon & Dean Gorfti complete the sound of the band with their folk-pop rhythms. Reverend TJ McGlinchey’s folk and blues flavor compliment Dani Mari’s nostalgic pop vocal melodies. Their harmonies are natural and free flowing. They have been featured on XPN’s The Key and Philly Music Local Hour and at the Philadelphia Folk Festival.
The Spinning Leaves - (Set time: 9:45 PM)
The Spinning Leaves
"Spinning Leaves has proven to be an unmistakable part of the new folk phenomenon in Philadelphia and beyond. Their sound, for one, is a whistle at the start of a great sprint, the bell of human musical freedom: spurts of gang vocals, slide guitars, dulcimers, and foot stomps over America melodies. And still, Spinning Leaves, the force, transcends the sound. They connect with artists, organizations and individuals to create movement in the Philadelphia musical landscape. Nearly anywhere you hear of innovative artistic activity, you hear this name in association." - Levi Landis - Executive Director, Philadelphia Folksong Society
New Sweden - (Set time: 9:00 PM)
New Sweden
New Sweden has been sharing their unique flavor of Americana, Folk, and Indie Rock with the greater Philadelphia region since forming in late 2009.

The 6-piece outfit molds their sound using a blend of traditional folk instruments (violin, banjo, acoustic guitar, mandolin, pump organ, bass, percussion) with a modern twist, all backed by energetic live performances. The lyrics are sincere, complex, and powerful; sure to speak to any listener willing to lend an ear.
