THE PHILADELPHIA TOM PETTY APPRECIATION BAND - WILDFLOWERS 25TH ANNIVERSARY

Twenty-five years to the day that Tom Petty released Wildflowers, the album that would cement his status as a Legend with a capital L, the Philadelphia Tom Petty Appreciation Band will celebrate the album's silver anniversary with a special show at Johnny Brenda's on Friday, Nov. 1.

They'll play the album in its entirety (set list spoiler: not in sequence) and they'll play some other Petty solo/Petty & the Heartbreakers/Wilburys jams you know and love. If you've seen the PTPAB before, you know they know the catalog inside and out, from the most ubiquitous of hits to the deepest of the deep cuts. And they know every peak and valley from the live version of "It's Good to Be King." These dudes do not mess around.

These dudes of the PTPAB are: Pat Finnerty (Son Little/Pat Finnerty and the Full Band), Justin Mazer (Ryan Montbleau), Zach Miller (Dr. Dog), Mike Quinn (Purples), Lucas Rinz (Low Cut Connie), and Patrick Berkery (Strand of Oaks, the War on Drugs, Pernice Brothers, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, friend of Stan Lynch).
