Alice Bag - (Set time: 10:00 PM)
Alice Bag
Alice Bag is a singer/songwriter, musician, author, artist, educator and feminist. Alice was the lead singer and co-founder of the Bags, one of the first bands to form during the initial wave of punk rock in Los Angeles. The Alice Bag Band was featured in the seminal documentary on punk rock, The Decline of Western Civilization. Alice went on to perform in other groundbreaking bands, including Castration Squad, Cholita, and Las Tres. She is the author of the critically acclaimed books 'Violence Girl' and 'Pipe Bomb For the Soul.' Alice’s self-titled 2016 debut album received critical acclaim and was named one of the best albums of the year by AllMusic. Her second album, Blueprint was released in Spring 2018 and was named one of the Best Albums of 2018 by NPR.
Full Bush - (Set time: 9:00 PM)
Full Bush
FULL BUSH’s wild and raucous heavy-punk sound careens and caterwauls - their raw and siren wails provide a sense of catharsis, bringing you back to your first metal, post-rock/punk, and pounding no-wave experience.

Also, they're really fucking fun to watch live.

Bassist, Cassie O'Leary, put out a call on a local feminist group for people who wanted to play together. Adesola (drummer) and Kate (lead singer and rhythm guitarist) answered the call and met up at Cassie's home. They drank a lot of beer, talked about friendship, being a woman in Philadelphia, and jammed in her attic. Adesola met Jayne Rutter (lead guitarist/back up vocals) at a restaurant they both worked at in south Philadelphia where they bonded over their similar musical tastes. Shortly after, Jayne was brought into the crew and took the band to a new level of creativity and depth. Since then, Full bush has opened for Ron Gallo and toured with activist and punk legend Alice Bag. Their self titled album was recorded by Dave Downham at The Gradwell House in Haddonfield, NJ and dropped on August 15th, 2018.
"Full Bush reveal themselves as the rare kind of band that defies any expectation. Their songs unfold like stories from the wittiest person you know, so spontaneous they feel improvised but so seamlessly constructed you’d think they were rehearsed for years. And like a great story, once you hear the beginning, you can’t stop listening until you hear the payoff." - The Key
